With proper care our flowers usually last 7 days however some flowers will last up to 2 weeks some are even able to be dried out to last a lifetime.
We buy most of our flowers from local growers some are grown interstate purely due to the climate as some varieties of flowers wont grow north or south of the border but we do choose local over imports every time.

Sometimes the outer petals that have been protecting the softer inner petals can brown off a little quicker by removing any outer petals or damaged petals you will find soft new petals inside.
Specific flowers may vary each week depending on seasonal availability sometimes we will have to substitute colour or variety, we will always send something to the same value.
Here are a few tips that have stood the test of time: - Remove all lower leaves so they aren’t in the water. - Trim the stems every couple of days. - Change the water a the same time you cut the stems. - Avoid direct sunlight or warm or cold drafts. - A teaspoon of bleach in the water also keeps the water clean.

Yes we do. The bays and Beleura Private are FREE for delivery. Please make sure that a patient you are sending to hasn’t been discharged and staff are working that day between 9 am and 5 pm ward and bed numbers are desirable and please bear in mind that the courier will leave the flowers at reception and staff at the hospital will be responsible for getting the flowers to the recipient.
We deliver Monday to Friday. Our order cut off is 12pm if not sold out prior.
We don’t deliver on Saturday or Sunday. You are welcome to organise to have the flowers picked up however this must be ordered by the Friday before the weekend.
We deliver flowers from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday we are unable to provide specific time slots for orders sorry ! we take a number of deliveries at the same time and can be covering 200-300 kms in 1 day the routes change everyday.
When you are in the process of completing your order you will be prompted to enter the recipients delivery address. There will be a drop down box that will match your address with suburbs and your delivery cost will be automatically calculated.
We don’t require a signature. We add an authority to leave on all of our deliveries. The only time we won't leave the flowers, are if the site is unsafe or we don’t have access to the delivery address. The flowers will then be returned to Flower Girls & Co. and you will be contacted to organise an alternative delivery option.
As much relevant information as possible will alleviate the chance of re-delivery fees being incurred. Business: please provide business name address any relevant special delivery instructions. Residential: please ensure the driver will be able to gain access to the property if the address is in a secured building please ensure the recipient will be home and supply us with a phone number for the recipient if the driver can't leave the flowers in a safe location they will be returned to Flowergirls & Co HQ and a re delivery fee will apply.
If you provide us with an incorrect address or an incorrect name we cannot accept responsibility for the failed delivery. We will arrange to re-deliver but a re delivery fee will be incurred. We may not be able to re-deliver the same flowers and will need to charge 50% of the original order cost plus the re-delivery fee.
We can be delivering flowers up to 6pm in the evening. There could be a number of scenarios that throw the day out including weather, and traffic conditions.
